I grew up in Atlanta and I remember one time finding some properties online that looked fantastic, and I thought the area they were in was pretty good, but when I went to check them out it was terrible.

Wholesaling had been a fantastic strategy in this area of the world but not since 2017, perhaps even 2016.  2018 is nearly over and i know wholesalers spending tens of thousands a month and they are barely finding anything, and even if they do most of the time it's not a deal. 

You would be able to invest passively and not have to worry about running the deal while still generating fantastic returns.

You could add some stacked stone to face it which would look fantastic as well.

You may be dead on right about everything.....or you may have just caught her on a horrible day and she is usually fantastic.

Again, with tax implications, fantastic returns, and presumably no hard plans, I think I might just keep smiling. 

Folsom is a great place to live and raise a family, the bike riding is fantastic.  

I think it's a fantastic opportunity.
