It's an entry level home and in this market, that segment is white hot.The agent not only ignored the expiration time on the offer, but the next morning after the offer had expired asked for it to be resubmitted without the escalation clause in order to "be fair to everybody", which is a load of BS.We did resubmit.

That way you have a good pool to choose from and you won’t have to worry about violating any fair housing because you will not have to turn down any applicants they will just be beaten out by someone else.
