Don't let some friendship get in the way of dealing ethically and in a business like manner, it is what it is

I would love to attend the Summit and take the plunge with people who practice business ethically, legally and morally and know what they are doing.

All are smart, ethical realtors who are also BP members. 

After passing your state/national test there is an additional set of local standard courses (buying practices, listing practices, ethics).  

Either legally and ethically show a higher income or reduce/restructure your debt.If you can refi the current properties to give you a lower monthly payment, perhaps that will give you some room for a third.  

Lots of focus on ethics and trust acct, so no lying or commingling funds.  

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

As a novice investor with lots of passion, determination, perseverance, open mind and a hard working ethic, I'm hoping to find a MENTOR that can show me the ropes.

Generally, a person can go to a school to gain the knowledge, skills and abilities to be successful and ethical in their chosen industry.

The site seems like a great resource for those types of things and I'm really glad I found it.One example of something I'm really in the dark about- I'd like to know when and how is it legal/ethical to follow-up on expired listings?
