@Mike SchorahI see this all of the time in Florida; as the law reads (I imagine it is pretty similar in other states as well):In Florida, it is unlawful to engage in the following real estate related activities for compensation without possessing a real estate broker’s license or sales associate license.Advertising or marketing another person’s timeshare or property for compensation.Auctioning or attempting to auction another person’s property for compensation.Buying or attempting to buy real estate on behalf of another person for compensation.Listing another person’s timeshare or property for compensation.Operating as a real estate broker or sales associate without a license.Renting, leasing, or attempting to rent or lease real estate on behalf of another person for compensation.

I would love to find others to partner with or just connect to engage in conversations regarding your successes are in the area and goals for the future! 

One seems to have properties with more cashflow but the other seems to offer better property management engagement. 

If your professional is charging $800 - $1500 to report three rental properties across 3 different states I would slam the signature onto the engagement letter right now. 

I'm seeking recommendations for an investor-friendly title company we can engage to handle a title/escrow for a private lender loan we are taking for renovation expenses.  

No one puts rates/fees for niche products/programs online, you need to engage in human interaction with a local mortgage professional.

Unless the deal is stellar I wouldn't engage in a lawsuit, especially for a wholesale. 

I hope investors will engage collection services to go after unpaid rent.

For now my plan is to soak in more knowledge by engaging and reading forums here.  

Nor can we just assume that the loan officer here engaged in some fraudulent act.
