Philly is in a weird stage right now where its waiting to see which area pops off next.

My wife and I are wanting to start our career in house flipping/investing (while maintaining our current careers until we get off the ground) We are stuck at the beginning stages and need advice.We have reached out to family/friends anyone in our circle for investors yet no ones interested or have the money to invest.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

Or even staging. 

I'm in the early stages of learning.

Long story short is a older gentleman I use to work with has stage 4 cancer and my mother happens to be his caretaker for now he doesn’t have much time left.

However, I am in the final stages of my project.

At some point you'll get that result but in the early stages, there is no better investment than educating yourself and working hard on the business model so you have usable reporting, adequate income, appropriate expenses, quality tenants, and good firewalls.

I do this all the time and have done so many times throughout different stages in my life. 

Because DSM has everything from small group homes for 3-5 residents in SFH's, all the way to apartment building sized facilities.And would this have all stages (independent living to end of life) or just some specific type of assisted living?
