In today's world, people are very conscious about drugs, and so long as you are taking action, people (like potential buyers) will understand.Here is a recent example of what we've come to expect:  tenant A complains of pot smoke entering her apartment from tenant B. 

This discussion thread occurred to me this morning, as I'm curious to see what other people have to say.For me, I realized today that one of the things I like about being a landlord is not having to put up with any BS any longer than I want to.

I found it on the MLS, and its still active as of today. 

I looked at the CAR document today and there are some things I would like added to the lease agreement and I also have some questions that may be better suited for an attorney vs an Agent.

Thanks for such a amazing response, as you mentioned i am trying to connect to people and get educated by reading and learning from others mistakes also.
