HML's can certainly control their lending rates and criteria, but they can't control the amount of viable flipping inventory, which is tight right now and with no clear end in sight.As long as there is money to be made flipping homes and with virtually no barriers to entry, I don't see any ease in demand among those new to the game, who appear unlimited in number and completely willing to overpay and drive prices up.
