Michael, there are programs specifically for flipping that include a Builders Risk form, Vacancy form and Rental Dwelling form in a single program. 

It is a Two-Family dwelling building that has been illegally converted to about 10 SRO units and about 2.5 baths.

I'm looking at the property registration link and I don't see anything about an inspection unless it's a MFD (multiple family dwelling) which mine is not...Any Baltimore City folks who know this stage of the game (ready for rental, now what?)

If its under an LLC than 500k liability is enough.Do you know if the Dwelling coverage is Broad Form (like C - Personal Property) if yes see if they can change it to Special Form.a $2500 Deductible would lower the premium some what.good luck.
