The diligence process must be done correctly - water pipes, sewer pipes, home inspections, competitive research, research on any violations, running test ads, researching the economy, etc., etc. 

INS is going to have the final say, if they have passed their sniff test they should be okay.

I only needed a little over 30 minutes to pass it but have always been good at tests.When it comes to tests....especially government mandated tests....the trick is to pick the correct answer, not the right answer if you know what I mean.

Ethics is one of the major subjects in the real estate test. 

We found lead-based paint in our properties that were built prior to 1950 (door jambs and window trim) but our homes built in 1950 and onward tested clean. 

Stephen, I just started trying Cozy out this month as a test and it actually does tell you what date the tenant selected.  

Or if I call mold inspectors will they be able to test it and find out.
