My agreement with my PM is silent on the topic of late fees, covered by this generic clause: b.Operate the property according to good business practices pursuant to a general overall plan as established from time to time by Manager and OwnerI normally e-mail my PM asking what their policy is and go from there.I've had to focus on the really big things and let the minor irritations slide.

Yup, that new…ANYWAY, I’m looking for advice on an idea I have about renovating a space for a future tenant.We have a commercial space with 4 offices sharing a shared waiting room.One of which my business partner (and wife) operates her therapy practice out of.We were approached by an established massage therapy practice who is interested in renting all three offices.My wife doesn’t feel like she wants to be the only metal health therapist in HER building.
