You can, local custom, it doesn't matter, the one deed with 3 descriptions will be filed 3 times with each property, it depends on the cross reference system of your recorder.

I had requested the tenants not be on the property during the inspection and my agent was supposed to pass this request along (the tenants were actually all home during the one opportunity I had to view the properties).Somewhere along the way, lines apparently got crossed, and when I showed up to the property this morning with my inspector, the property manager was nowhere to be found, the tenants were all at home and had no idea an inspection would be taking place.

Just last month we closed a single home to flip it and sell it in El Paso Tx; taxes are high in TX but there are a lot of opportunities there in that border town such as job growth, juarez city population who also buy properties as residential homes, and population growth.I will be flying tomorrow to El Paso to see how the single house project is coming along (will be putting some sweat equity there) and will be back on Wednesday the 6th.
