this is critical that those offended let the regulators know whats going on.have you contacted one of the investigative journalist at the business journal in Indy... with your documentation of what you paid pictures of a non rehabbed house etc.. this is the type of story they can bite their teeth into and then when it makes it to the papers the authorities are really put on the spot to act. 

Finding the crews won't be the problem; managing them and having solid construction processes in place will be the critical issues.I hope you'll let this dart throw approach go by the way side and consider a more analytical approach for investing. 

@Andrew Syrios possibly, but a critical component to BRRRR is a market with at least 4 to 6 months of inventory.
