For many tenants if they were getting the money (and heaven help them if they did; the landlord would likely never see this but Walmart stock would again increase) it would be an incentive for them to actually DO something.As it is some of these tenants have been sailing along nicely not paying rent (or not paying full rent) and still managing to remain in the rental so why should they put forth this effort?
