I heard a statistic that the far majority of turnkey buyers were from California. 

I have never used it, and did my own screening decisions along with getting credit and other reports, but what's great about using a service like SmartMove, is that they use statistics to make the decision for you, so you can't be snowed by con artists.  

The other is of the bold and brave young tenant who wanted the world to know about the injustices of the evil corporate landlord who is treating their tenants like cattle and others should be warned. 

There is simply no statistical basis to do so.

I tip my hat to you for offering a bold step of faith in helping your fellow man.

Generally I don't like renting to folks who move in last-minute mid-month (sign of irresponsibility, statistically cause more problems in my experience) but due to the pandemic plenty of tenants are in unique situations with housing.

I think the last statistic I saw showed the average sale price still going up month over month.

We have also found as a company to only work with companies that have everything in house (acquisition, contractors and management) I bolded management because that is crucial, as soon as they farm it out, it can lead to many headaches.

Dustin - statistics say that you have to speak to 20 sellers to get a deal.
