The scenario I described above is meant to do some digging (not an exhaustive or major time consuming process) to locate all the owners of the apartments in our target market and then automate a contact campaign to see if we can stimulate an off market deal (emails, cards, letters, phone calls) and to create more of a working network within that target market.

🎃Growing pains of a business which is starting to scale - I feel I really need to add more automations and smart software solutions but I’m not sure where to start.I own, with a partner, about 20 doors - self managed LTRs, MTRs, and STRs, rehabs going on for flips, a bit of mentoring, and also searching, analyzing and closing more in between (1-3 deals a month), it’s a lot of things to remember and manage.Can you recommend ways to reduce time spent on updating things manually on 10 different places?
