Currently the outstanding loan amount is $34,000 under the tax assessment so I can use the equity in future property investing.Yesterday an individual from a respected property group in the area stated the house would rent for $1,300 a month (which matches my research). 

But also @Linda D. makes an extremely good point, in the mean time, stay extremely engaged in surrounding yourself with like minded REI individuals as this will continually remind you and motivate you to stay accountable to your WHY you are doing this. 

That said, there may be a market or two, here and there, where solar is actually a thing that can be measured on a market scale, rather than an individual scale.

This population is often ready to downsize or move into assisted living.Another is homeowners with a Low Financial Stability Score.

You might be able to use this method for individual projects, but it could make your taxes a nightmare at the end of the year, your best bet might even be excel.

I am hoping there is an accountant that would be able to assist me with my question because I have hit a roadblock.

I'm assuming the following should all be in the name of the LLC and not me as an individual: -contract with property manager-insurance policy on house-any utilities I continue to pay for (so, for instance, checks to the gardeners / pool guy should come from the LLC) Anything else I might be forgetting?
