I can say that you would be better off in the long run to stay on this site and monitor topics, and ask questions to other investors.

There was an article in the insurance journal I thought the members here might want to see.

One topic that jumped out at me was McElroy spoke about in order to run a successful business you need to install systems, but what I want everybody that view this, is to list every professional you will need in your real estate business.

There is an overwhelming amount of knowledge about investing topics.
