As such, you can see a bidder synopsis.You are seeing a set of numbers that take the offer price, subtracts the three components of the commissions, and then the bottom number is the minimum acceptable to HUD.When you are counterbidding, adjust your offer until the BOTTOM number matches the counterbid amount.Never forget you are dealing with "the evil empire"... no emotion... time on market, fixed percentage discount... take it or leave it.

The more they can bring in quick garbage, the more money they make.There is a major flaw in the alignment of interests of property managers and owners, and I think that is the source of the problem.

I understand income is the key component to not only surviving life, but getting wealthy.I've so many times walked into an interview and thought, what a sh*t job with no future...Occasionally I interview for a job I know will feed me and "pay the rent"...That job has routinely gone to someone else.

Anh,I agree with you.We take fees from collected rent so our objectives align with the client.No rent, no pay.
