I'm new too but from what I've seen and heard, very slow appreciation and great cash flow if bought correct.

Under the "Cares Act"  I could make a withdrawal without penalty I get laid off or if my spouse has covid 19. 

I'll consider it more seriously later on when I'm more comfortable with the industry but for now it's just slow and steady saving for me.
