I like the idea of fix and flip for additional capital but I’m a rookie and not sure if it is too much of a risk for my first investment to be a flip.Aside from wanting to get in to San Diego, my priority is to get in the game and set myself up to be able to grow my portfolio.Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated!!

Hello,Does anyone have any recommendations for an experienced attorney to set up and maintain a LLC for a rental property and that also does title transfers in florida?

You would be in violation of the Dodd-Frank ACT if you set up the buyer to fail. 

Apartments/ homes rent for approx 2500-3500 a month in the area im looking at, I am limited to living in the Bay Area due to work.
