My wife and I are also new Zerrick Currie, but I've found that the best way to get going is by educating yourself to the max!

I've been educating myself on and off for about a year and have recently picked up a lot of steam.

We've ivy league, medical, HBCU, engineering, sports etc higher education right in our town.

Outside of this experience my knowldege extends to the little education I have on the topic and listening to the great podcasts here on BP.

And, they are usually not aware of such short contract periods either.These contracts or concept to market a residence is very simple, that has alot to do with the popularity, the public understands, for the most part that you can rent to buy or do a lease option.

If you do have the plan, you still need the education and motivation to execute the plan and that takes time as does your ability to do enough deals to replace your J.O.B. with the new JOB of a wholesaler.
