The initial plan was to slowly rent out the spare rooms and renovate until a refinance/moving out and onto the next property made financial sense. 

Hi All,Our tenant's lease requires a 60 days notice, she only gave 30 days notice, and we immediately started advertising the property and were able to secure a tenant fairly quickly where her lease ends on June 30, 2024, and she has already moved out as of June 22, 2024 after paying the rent for the month of June, and the new tenant will move in on July 1st, 2024. 

You shouldn't have to move the plumbing that much. 

Move on.As you stated, she is problematic and may continue to rant for a while.

He moved from Kentucky to Wyoming, pulled up in front of the house he rented online, and learned it was already occupied by one of my renters.

If we added a mortgage office, our customers could buy a new home turn key, just from our office. 

Cheap tenants, in my experience, create higher turn over costs and move out more frequently than higher rent tenants.  

@Sonja Montielh so, you're moving into a new primary and renting out your previous home, which happens to be a condo?

Because of our mortgage conditions, we are going to be moving out of our condo, renting it out, and into one of the 4 units in the new building.My father's conditions for assistance were a loan for down payment, along with funds for renovation work.

It wasnt until this year that people that moved out seemed to become impossible to fill.
