Mostly in the north eastern CT and central Massachusetts areas.  

Of course I was looking for investors, that's why I was speaking at this particular conference. 

Although the tax reform bill is still in conference and hasn't been passed, and the final bill will require study in conjunction with a discussion with a real estate savvy CPA to understand its implications on my particular real estate question, I am hoping someone on this thread can weigh in with some general advice.

Even with Wells, their activities are split East & West, with Eastern US HQ in Charlotte.

I still remember being at the closing and the listing agent was coming in and out of the conference room asking if anyone had seen his wallet.

The is the eastern edge of the Riverside/Near NW neighborhoods.

I'm in eastern NC with an investor group that focuses on underperforming self storage and mobile home parks.
