Hello All, Any strategies on how to approach making additional payments towards rental property mortgage? 

I'm considering this with only a 5% initial investment.Given the tight market, I'm leaning towards a strategy where I aim to break even (or close to it) for the first year or so, with hopes of refinancing when the market conditions improve.

Good morning, I'm part of an investment group looking to buy B and C class industrial warehouses and I'm wondering if anyone has a strategy to finding the top CRE broker in an area?

I understand the fundamentals of buy and hold investing, but what I would really love to learn more about is the BRRRR strategy and the renovation process. 

You have to decide what your life strategy is going to be.

Local fire department might be the best strategy. 

This strategy is all about beating the competition with eye catching architecture, so not interested in rehab/renovation of other local housing stock.

I think the other methods you mentioned can be just as if not more profitable as storage again depending on strategy, deal and execution.
