With siding, we like to remove the trim, cut back the siding, flash the opening and caulk and install using the windows nailing fin (which is cut off on a pocket install) tape fin with zip tape or similar, replace the siding pieces or spacers and replace trim then caulk and paint.

I have steadily been doing flips in the New Mexico area for seven years and I am absolutely loving it if you’re doing straight flips and not just investment you can make a lot of money and just like me you will have other investors approaching you wanting to give you money therefore who cares if the banks like you LOL   Take those other investors and double their money in four months I do  closing on 4 Properties tomorrow one of them is in Colorado after the next project we made 125,000 profit

I think capital raisers who already have a deal would cut you in as an LP, and maybe share management emails, but I don't see upside in letting you manage my money, my loan, ultimately my deal. just my $0.02.If you have a local relationship with a lender, talk to them about what financing they'd offer you.
