Are you open to taking a loan out on the home you bought with cash?

I love real estate and am devouring anything I can find on the subject of investing.

Any tips for building a solid list?

If you haven't read "The E-Myth Revisited" by Michael Gerber, I highly recommend it.

All my HVAC guys say to use the cheap filters, not the high-end, high MERV filters.
