I will say the neighbors tend to keep a watchful eye so I'd rather stay on the up and up with the City.

Brandon,You need to watch the laws in your state and county, but basically, you can discriminate with tenants, excepting the items protected by the feds.

You don't get a lot of detail and you have to have an understanding of wholesaling before watching it.

It's like watching the news...I don't know what to believe.  

I've watched countless YouTube videos spreading false information, talking about arv eventhought they don't even make adjustment to the properties.

Should I just keep watching more and more videos about it?
