These are machine addressed.It's hard to measure response rates precisely, but my sense is that we're looking at 0.05% for #1 and #2. 

Some people in BP have recommended ozone machines-no idea how they work-to get rid of smells.

Washing the walls, cleaning any soft surfaces, some people suggest an ozone machine, painting, etc.

I had a fishy experience with Deal Machine lately.

When he moves out or they drag his corpse away .. then you can use kilz primer on the place and rent an ozone machine to rid of the stench

The second building needs a new roof, it's hvac exhaust is missing a two foot section in the attic, and the gutters are draining wrong so the foundation is being washed out. 

Well I could do my own taxes, clean my house, change my  oil and wash my own car but my time is more valuable to me than that.
