Overall, my goal is to have a good return on my money by keeping a house that I have made some instant equity in from the rehab, but I don't want to see my cash flow drop from $300 a month to negative $300 a month just due to a big corporation like Lloyd's, the Federal government, or global warming.

This includes, but is not limited to, disconnecting all garden hoses from outdoor spigots and draining such prior to freezing weather, opening cabinets under fixtures that are adjacent to outside walls to allow warm air circulation near water and waste pipes, and keeping the unit at no less than 50 degrees.

She is as good as others in her domain, she can runoff a 6'6" 265 pound guy off a job site in a heart beat or flash a smile and get what she wants done, that really an unfair advantage, LOL..
