New to bp

Greetings bp community,

I am new to the site and would like to introduce myself. My name is Benjamin Vincent I am 22 years old and I live in Pensacola FL. I work in the offshore oil Industry as a deck hand for a crewboat. I will be closing on my first home on march 13, 2014. I have no prior experience in real estate, but my goal is to own as many long term rental properties as possible by means of snowballing cash flow to pay down one mortgage at a time. I am very excited to learn as much information available on rental properties and I am very open to all other options as well. I feel this site is an excellent starting point to broaden my horizons and meet new people. Thanks for letting me introduce myself.
