I do appreciate the tremendous effort on new site however I personally liked the old one better. 

I personally thinking HML is the best strategy in today's price environment.Housing price, especially in the major metropolitan, has seemed tremendous growth in the past 6-7 years.

Her boss has been real cool to her and allows her to do half of her work at home.She is a computer programmer and has been saving in a 401K for about 25 years so I am not under tremendous stress.  

BP has a tremendous amount of information to help you, but it is only available if you seek it out.

The law vary tremendously from state to state. 

These things seem silly- but understanding the nuts and bolts of the whole process will give you tremendous confidence as you begin closing your own deals. 

I'm changing my investment strategy to out of state and have found the people and resources on BP to be a tremendous help.

I am really motivated and passionate to start at the earliest age possible to achieve tremendous results.  

Reading a few books and using the BP forums has been a tremendous help and gave us the confidence to make the leap.
