Team,Not sure which way to go with the funding of our next real estate endeavor.

Building a team you trust, or using a turnkey provider is a good way to get your feet in the door and gain some experience.

At that point I’ll either get a PM in place, or I won’t mind incurring the sales transaction costs, and either set returns of NNN, or the vagaries of DST’s fees and reliance on their management team not to f**k up the project returns ;)So how has your experience been with property management (PMs)?

Looking to invest in Eugene/Springfield, OR area as my family and I are looking to set some roots in.This will be my first time investing in real estate, so would be looking to build a team starting with realtors, brokers, PM’s and contractors.

It’s also a team sport: you cannot do it on your own.

A true TK will have their own PM team.... full skin in the game. 

They key to success in Kansas City is buying in the right area and working with a good team on the ground.

If you haven't done any deals before team up with a more experienced partner and show the investors their deals.
