I ended up analyzing 32 properties mostly in Humboldt Park where the search results seemed most prominent and I eventually contacted a realtor.

I have tons of equity and looking to cash out for other investments.I really just began my search for a lender I have used other lenders in the past with great success and I can go back to them.

Not sure why the callout isn't working but he'll come up if you search BP for his name.

We weren't reaching anywhere near our marketing budget and the determination was that there just wasn't enough people searching for "sell my house fast" type keywords in our area.

Use the "Search" field on BP to look for mortgage brokers.

The reason I need to search low down payment options is I have minimal to put down but my wife and I have 720-740 credits scores so assuming the property shouldn’t be to hard I’ve read that she could carry the note for the spread from mortgage payoff to sale agreement?

What I haven't figured out how to do is get it to return a search query to give me an easy list to look at of what days I've visited them which I think would be immensely helpful.
