There are companies trying to bring down the costs of building by churning out prefabs at economies of scale, but from what I've heard a lot of them are still building the traditional stick-built way within the factories so they aren't taking advantage of the cost savings they might get if they could tap into newer tech (CNC milling, etc... though that can also lead to a lot of waste).”So, my follow up question to anyone that happens to see this is, does anyone have experience with pocket communities/micro hotels/tiny home land shares?
