I have been educating myself on rental property investing by reading books and watching content on YouTube and the internet.

I am currently halfway through college, working to get my real estate license, I have read a few biggerpockets books, and listened to the podcasts.

I’m reading about how people are spending thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on courses are you kidding me?

I felt like they are not legit funders and reading the responses was helpful!  

Listening to podcasts on Spotify, as well as reading books.

It's difficult for me to understand the rules when I try to read the actual city codes and ordinances.
