If anyone needs help deciding between progressing down the leadership/corporate pathway versus real estate, I'd be more than happy to share my experiences.Although I have my investment roots in the Chicago suburbs, I'm struggling with whether to continue investing in Chicagoland, or focus my energy and efforts on a better opportunity long distance.

I think it's a good place to start and a natural progression:1.

I should have paid as the job progressed but instead I paid weekly and the work didn’t progress.. and then one day the GC never answered his phone or showed up to the site.

I’ll keep everyone up dated on my progress, like one of the realtors created a portal for me to look at that has most of what I’m looking for, just trying to get used to a lot of thing

Still in progress Lessons learned?

I am particularly interested because I have a contract to sell my house to a veteran with a 100% loan, and there is a chance they will pass this new rule while the sale is in progress.

Real estate seems like the next natural progression for me. 

It be twenty units each year, or it might be progressive where it starts at 10, next year is additional 30, next is 25 years, next is 25, and the last year is another 10.
