By that time, you can get a reasonable feel for the condition just based on the location, age of house, style of house, etc.The key is, you don't want to throw out an offer sight-unseen unless you're about 90% confident that the number won't change once you do see it...

Someone please correct me on this if I am mistaken.400,000 loan with only 5% down is still 20,000 for the down payment and just principle and interest are going to run you 1649.32 a month if you get the 3.25% interest rate on a 30 year loan.

Later it was removed, but during that time we had to disclose even though we were acting as a principle and not an agent.I found out it was no problem, I just created a written disclosure that said I was acting as a principle in the transaction and in no way was I acting as an agent for the sellers or buyers I was just representing myself.

EXCEPT principle & interest on a mortgage if applicable.If the property rents for $3,000 a month... the 50% rule/guideline/thumb in the air guess says you'll have about $1,500 left after paying bills and setting aside for things like CAPEX.

I can buy a property sight unseen and I may not be interested in what the agent has to say about the settlement transaction, but I understand there are different buyers.And speaking of a "Land Title Survey" are you speaking of a survey?
