I recently saw an add or a post about Rad Diversified.

There's a few realtors who focus on the lehigh valley who post on these forums.

Participate in discussion boards, post queries, and establish connections with other investors who might know more about the Pinellas County real estate market.Remember, every successful investor started as a beginner.

I could go on about a few ways they misled me, but I'm trying to keep this first post somewhat brief.
