I understand that when a market crash happens if people have the capital or are in a good position they can really captilalize on the situation.

So, I've noticed, investors recently built very nice duplexes and when I check the county CAD it shows A1 Fam Dwelling.

Hello,I just reviewed my homeowners insurance policy for my duplex, and noticed it will increase $130 per year, which starts next month if I choose to renew.

My main goal right now is to absorb as much information as I can while I'm still in school so that post-graduation I will be in a solid position to begin investing.

This is with a month to month agreement where either side can give 20-30 days notice of changes.  

Have you positioned yourself and did all the things you have control over to begin your journey?  

But after digging into the data that was provided, I noticed that only half the County's I was looking to mail to showed up on their list.  

I feel like I have a good pulse on the market here in Colorado and have not noticed a large uptick in inventory however deal flow has increased recently and our offers are being accepted without as much competition.
