When the banks saw that there was a huge wave of defaults, they stopped lending so people that needed bank loans to buy a house were not able to buy houses.

I would like to work with more private money lenders because the costs can be a little lower, when there is not as much overhead involved, such as their office space, HR person or department, payroll processing, etc.

Wall Street thought we were going to get six- eight rate reductions this year we’ve seen none so far and stagflation is setting in , the Fed is trapped , if they reduce rates now , inflation could catch on fire if they increase them again too much something in the economy will break I think we’re in this holding pattern for one to two years personally, I don’t claim to be a macro economic expert, but I do study it quite a bit and I’m not counting on or expecting rates to come down anytime soon and even if they do, they’ll just be small quarter-point rate hikes not enough to make a huge difference in cashflow, so ..I either hold and if they do decrease rates, there will probably be another asset inflation bubble, which will increase my appreciation, or my cell and deploy the capital more wisely and look for some market softening and buy a good deal

There are 3 entrances yet only one basically works and that room is bein held up by cinderblocks.I could go on and on, hoping just one person sees this and makes them think twice before taking any of his courses, buying from him, or renting from him without knowing the high risks that come with doing business with him.

I know BP trys to Vet lenders as much as possible .. so weed out fake lenders who just steal DD money.. other than that I dont personally know.. but I suspect BP relys on feed back from members

And members crashed them occasionally a couple went into the ponds and some broken feet ( dragging their feet) but to me if you have guest and they let a teen on them with little to no experience if they hit something or someone they could really do some damage so based on my experince with them I would never do this personally.
