I had somehow managed to remain oblivious to the fact that neighbourhood association and, in some cases whole communities, banned clotheslines for aesthetic reasons until about a decade ago when friends of ours moved into a new subdivision and erected one.They eventually challenged the neighbourhood association and were allowed to have the clothesline if the neighbours adjacent to their property did not object.  

Our objective with each property acquisition has been to improve the building efficiency between 40 and 70% and lower the heating costs proportionately.

My initial feeling is something informal where the primary objective is networking and the exchange of ideas.

Does anyone know any reasonable objections to this rough draft?  

There are rental organizations that can tell you what they are doing that is and is not legal.

You If cashflow is your main objective then you can still get that in the far north and south areas (Cedar Park/Leandar/Round Rock to the north and Kyle Buda to the south).  

We pay everything online, but are looking for a better way, or a system to stay organized with monthly bills and accounts.

I know this is not a very objective answer but something about it just doesn't feel right.

We all have different objectives and financial goals and while some of us buy for appreciation, some of us won't touch a property that doesn't cashflow with a stick.
