I am going to get an inspection done but in the meantime there are a few things that concern me. 1.The landlord (seems like a nice guy) is way too lenient in my opinion.

The number one thing in my opinion is to bring up the issue to the property owners in a professional and not aggressive manner.

i think in the short term, maybe some will gravitate over, but people have short memories. real estate is also much different investing unless, you are talking about reits for example. so, my opinion is that while some will gravitate over, in the long run, i dont see much of a change. when the stock market has multiple years of solid gains, people will be back on the bandwagon.....

Again im just trying to gather expertise insight or opinions of others on the situation not here to get engage in any negativity.

I don't foresee paying nothing off as I feel the need to do at least some debt reduction (somewhere around 30K).I would like to get everyone's opinion on what they would do in this situation.Thanks!

Your first post asks for opinions as to the quality of your proposed ad; when opinions are given you "disagree".

Again, just my personal opinion, with nothing to support it.As for your second question, I keep cash in a checking/savings account.

If you do some searches here, you read opinions and individual preferences among these companies, pro and con.Lot’s to read about and to learn but you’re on the right track.Jeff
