Investment Property 15yr or 30 yr Mortgage
Wanted to get opinions on this.
i am buying an investment property to rent out.
plan on owning the house for 7-10 years than selling it.
$105k for the house should i do a 15 year or 30 year?
with 15 it will be paid off faster but higher per month payments.
with 30 i will make more profit per month and have more cash flow.

The 15 year will saddle you with a higher payment. Many markets are still in a down cycle.
I would keep the 30 year and save the additional cash and savings for more properties.
