And he still has his own projects going where he makes 100 to 150k per house usually doing 2 to 3 a year.. so depending on what one thinks good income is can determine if one thinks that is worth it. 

I’m particularly interested in off-market opportunities and would appreciate working with someone who knows the area well.The purchase will be under my name, but I’d love to take advantage of any benefits tied to my daughter’s first-time buyer status, especially considering her limited credit and assets.

I am not a builder but will work with one.

Conversely, if I don't BRRRR and add these properties 1 at a time skipping the last R then I could reach the same cashflow goal with 6 homes.

I want to make a network with agents that can give me access to distressed properties but having a harsh time on networking pls help me and guide me.

I don't have one there, but I have found my photographers in three ways: finding properties in the area on Instagram and seeing if they have a photographer tagged, searching hashtags for nearby major cities on Instagram, and then good ole Google.
