Here's a quick list:-Trustworthy cleaner, reliable handyman, a vendor for everything that can wrong (and will), a local contact if possible for emergencies (although it looks like you're 4 hours away so could trek over occasionally for an eyes on), good systems to manage the property (IGMS, PriceLabs, Hostfully are all tools I use), and the time and motivation to ensure you respond to guests quickly and provide a seamless experience.

I bought a bunch of business cards first starting out assuming I would be dishing them out like Candy at meetups etc, but reality is when you make a good connection the contact gets saved directly into your phone bypassing the need for a biz card.
