There you can network with other investors and learn your market.

There are lots ofpeople here who do wholesaling so you'll find lots of peopleto network with and learn from.

Is it mostly from networking ?

The business is booming down here but I thought it might be wise to extend my network a little bit.

I had my license for a few years, the "old boy (and girl)" network is worth much more than the license, and it costs a lot less as well!
