I am a new investor of six months and found out quickly that I could make more money if I was able to invest more so I was listening to a program called Fund N Grow about raising business capital and decided to give it a try as I had used a similar program to raise my personal credit that worked out very well. 

We saw a Carl’s Jr. going out of business in N Killeen.

Buy n hold is a long term play.  

@DawnVu  While I'm not sure of the type of building (institutional vs mom-n-pop), or level or sophistication of the ownership group, I'd be very surprised to hear of a commercial landlord or landlord rep terminating your lease without knowingly having the contractual ability to do so.
