That said, I am thinking bout building a nice home or buying one that's still very modern (2500 sq/ft min) and will rent to students (similar to me) that will be attending school with the Air Force in future years.

I have about 4 or 5 pages of them and trying to find one is getting like a search for a needle in a haystack, or in modern parlance, locating a 4-byte string in a 4k cluster of data without a search function.

I am just finishing my required education for my Residential Builders license and will begin working on the education requirements for Real Estate Salesperson and possibly Limited Appraiser later on down the road.I currently am renting, and in about 2 years my finances will allow that to change, in the mean time, I have plenty of time to do some market research into a few cities I have in mind to move to and start buying houses to fix up and modernize to eventually rent or sell.

One of my friends own a A.C company and when I purchased my last house I asked him to change my old --but functioning fine-- a.c unit (20+ yrs), he told me to hold my horses because older a.c's were made to last, and when they brake it, it is often times a simple inexpensive fix (unlikely the modern ones that are made to last 5 years and when it brakes it is better to change to a new one than fixing it).
