In both investment adventures, there are pros and cons, but not really knowing where to start, I was hoping to get some advice or find someone local in the area to meet up with and get more information.My husband and I currently own 3 rental properties – a row home in Baltimore City, MD a single-family home in Baltimore County, MD and a condo in Ashburn, VA.

So I'm assuming both building A and B are configured to be able to sell as separate units sch as individual meters, kitchen and bathrooms, in other words they meet your areas zoning code standards to be sold separately.

From there, I have my virtual assistant run comps, call the seller back, negotiate the terms, create the contract and send it to the seller for signing.Once we have an executed contract, my VA will schedule the inspection which is usually myself or my Sales Manager. we get pics and an repair estimate and we're ready to begin marketing.

I'm looking at a 4plex that is scheduled to be auctioned by a Trustee in Nov.

Reading a couple books, going to Invest Gainesville REI meetings, and doing as much consumption of bigger pockets as possible has been my curriculum.
