Any assumptions about standard or quality of construction (materials), the parking or other details that would not impact the square footage and style (brick, wood, steel frame, etc)?

This way potential buyers could do material selections and tailor the renovation to their wants/needs?

I stopped buy the building last night to drop off some material and thought something looked different about their unit…peeked in a window, it looks like they knew want was coming or were planning on moving out anyway or they responded to our letter with lighting speed b/c 95% of their stuff was out of the unit…probably not going to see September’s rent.

I only go to those big box places if I have to have the materials right away.

Good question there is approx 20 windows of an average size, and I am new to this so I don't know the cost of the labor and materials for:- Pull the windows - Replace the ropes - scrape the paint - Reglaze - Repaint - Reinstall

I'm logging average price ranges for assorted materials.

building material/supplies? 

There are lots of guru wannabies and b.s. artists, however there is some good material out there.

If you see other flooring material, peel it back.
